Customers submit details such as stories, messages, or themes, and SongShift.ai generates a custom song using artificial intelligence tools.
Completed songs are delivered digitally, typically via email within 24 hours of confirmed payment, unless otherwise stated.
2. Eligibility
By using this website, you confirm that:
- You are at least 18 years old, or
- You have permission from a parent or legal guardian to use the service.
You also agree to provide accurate information when placing an order.
3. Ordering and Payment
All orders must be paid in full before song generation begins.
Payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers such as Stripe or other payment processors. SongShift.ai does not store full credit card information.
Prices for services may change at any time without prior notice.
4. Custom Content Responsibility
You are responsible for any text, stories, or prompts you submit when ordering a song.
By submitting content, you confirm that:

- The content does not contain harmful, offensive, or illegal material

5. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer
Songs generated by SongShift.ai are created using artificial intelligence systems.
Because of the nature of AI technology:

- Results are not guaranteed to be completely unique
SongShift.ai makes no guarantee that generated songs will be entirely free from resemblance to existing content.
6. Intellectual Property
Once a song has been delivered, customers receive a personal license to use the generated song for personal purposes.
Unless otherwise stated:
- Songs may not be resold, redistributed, or commercially exploited without permission
- SongShift.ai retains the right to use generated content for portfolio, marketing, or demonstration purposes, unless the customer requests otherwise.
7. Delivery
Song delivery is typically completed within 24 hours of confirmed payment.
However, delivery times may vary depending on:
- Order volume
- Technical issues
- Content complexity
SongShift.ai is not liable for delays caused by circumstances outside our control.
8. Refund Policy
Because songs are custom digital products, refunds may be limited.
Refunds may be considered only in cases such as:
- Technical failure preventing delivery
- Duplicate charges
- Service errors
Requests must be submitted to support within 7 days of purchase.
9. Limitation of Liability
