Welcome to SongShift.ai. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the SongShift.ai website and services. By accessing or using our service, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our website or services.
1. The Service
SongShift.ai presents personalized AI-generated songs created with SpeakShift. Songs are created in the SpeakShift songs studio at app.speakshift.ai, using a SpeakShift account.
SongShift.ai is a SpeakShift service. The company that operates SpeakShift is named in the SpeakShift Terms of Use.
When you create a song, you provide details such as a story, a message, a name or a genre, and SpeakShift generates a custom song using artificial intelligence tools. Your use of the SpeakShift songs studio, including your account, credits and song library, is governed by the SpeakShift Terms of Service.
Accounts live in SpeakShift. To delete your SpeakShift account, see speakshift.ai/delete-account. SpeakShift's child safety policy is at speakshift.ai/child-safety.
2. Eligibility
By using this website, you confirm that:
- You are at least 13 years old, and
- If you are under 18, you have permission from a parent or legal guardian to use the service.
You also agree to provide accurate information when you contact us or create a song.
3. Payment
SongShift.ai does not take orders or process payments. Songs are created in the SpeakShift songs studio and are paid for with SpeakShift credits, purchased through SpeakShift. Prices, credits and payment terms are those shown in SpeakShift at the time of purchase and are governed by the SpeakShift Terms of Service.
4. Custom Content Responsibility
You are responsible for any text, stories, or prompts you submit when creating a song.
By submitting content, you confirm that:
- You have the right to use the submitted material
- The content does not violate any laws or intellectual property rights
- The content does not contain harmful, offensive, or illegal material
SongShift.ai reserves the right to refuse service if submitted content violates these guidelines.
5. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer
Songs generated by SongShift.ai are created using artificial intelligence systems.
Because of the nature of AI technology:
- Generated content may sometimes contain unexpected results
- Similarities to other works may occur unintentionally
- Results are not guaranteed to be completely unique
SongShift.ai makes no guarantee that generated songs will be entirely free from resemblance to existing content.
6. Intellectual Property
Once a song has been created, you receive a personal license to use the generated song for personal purposes.
Unless otherwise stated:
- Songs may not be resold, redistributed, or commercially exploited without permission
- SongShift.ai retains the right to use generated content for portfolio, marketing, or demonstration purposes, unless you request otherwise.
7. Delivery
Songs are created in the SpeakShift songs studio and saved to your SpeakShift library, where you can play, download and share them on the web and in the SpeakShift app. Creation time can vary with demand and technical conditions. SongShift.ai and SpeakShift are not liable for delays caused by circumstances outside their control.
8. Refund Policy
Songs are created with SpeakShift credits. If a song cannot be created because of a technical failure, the credits used are returned to your SpeakShift account. Refunds of purchases made through SpeakShift are handled under the SpeakShift Terms of Service.
If you paid SongShift.ai directly before 24 September 2026 and did not receive your song, contact support and we will review your request.
9. Limitation of Liability
SongShift.ai is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SongShift.ai is not liable for:
- Indirect or consequential damages
- Loss of data or profits
- Issues resulting from the use of generated content
Your use of the service is at your own risk.
10. Changes to the Service
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service at any time without prior notice.
We may also update these Terms from time to time. Updated terms will be posted on this page.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws that apply to the company that operates SpeakShift, as set out in the SpeakShift Terms of Use, without regard to conflict of law principles.
